Yet another rollup patch.

- proper localization of dreprt()
- fixed preport() which didn't work at all
- fixed a nasty bug in photon() which caused a misfired torpedo to proceed
- fixed a very nasty bug in is_valid()
- many translation fixes

Super Star Trek is almost the oldest of all heritage computer games, originating in 1973 on the CDC6600. This port has been prepared with the assistance of the lead author of the original FORTRAN.
