   1 A state flag with a field of dark red. It's a swallowtail design with
   2 a 45 degree V-shaped cut starting 2/3 across the field that causes
   3 the flag to end in two points at the fly. There is no emblem.

   5 The hoist is flat and runs parallel to the flagpole.

   7 It has an aspect ratio of 2:3 where the hoist/width/breadth are 2
   8 units and the length is 3 units.
