* doc/Makefile.am: Removed file
* Makefile.am: Added commands to build texinfo files
  (info_TEXINFOS, 8sync_TEXINFOS, dvi-local): New variables.
* .gitignore: Ignore *.info and texinfo.tex files
* doc/8sync.texi: Fixed @ escaping and removed unused `@end'
