update scripts for GNU Linux-libre 5.19.8-gnu and 5.15.66-gnu

Clean up drivers/staging/r8188eu/os_dep/os_intfs.c if needed.

Drop obsolete reject_firmware bypass for a user-initiated-and-named
firmware request in drivers/net/mellanox/mlxsw/core.c.  That request
was removed back in 5.11.

Fix typos for 'Peripheral' in announce messages.
