Remove the not-for-profit caveat

Remove the not-for-profit caveat

Richard Bartle agreed to license this program under the GNU General
Public License version 3 with a not-for-profit caveat, but the same
license that Richard Bartle provided also grants permission to remove
that, under GPLv3 Section 7: "If the Program as you received it, or
any part of it, contains a notice stating that it is governed by this
License along with a term that is a further restriction, you may
remove that term." This version has this removed, just as Richard
Bartle's own license allowed.
