rmeta-slot: Make equal? type hash table access the default.

This is the more general case, so we may as well.

* 8sync/rmeta-slot.scm (class-rmeta-ref): Set #:equals?, #:cache-set!,
and #:cache-ref all to equal? type access rather than eq? by default.
